For those who don’t know, Ray Barros has achieved an enviable track record in his trading with an average of 64% per annum over 9 years! He’s on CNBC all the time, a fund manager and a leading name in trader education around the world.

*My team and I have always and will always answer every email we get!*
This is the second time in the last 6-8 months my support center has been having issues. I’ve only just found out that, although we have been replying to every support ticket, you may not have received our response.
If for some reason you have not heard back, it’s not because we’re ignoring you. In fact, many times clients have found our emails in their spam filter.
So, if you have ever submitted a ticket and didn’t hear back, please go ahead and resubmit it. We’re here to help: http://www.davidjenyns.com/support/
After submitting your support ticket you’ll immediately be emailed a password so you can check the status of your email. If you haven’t got an email back within 3 business days, please log online and ensure we haven’t replied… again sometimes our emails might get caught in your spam filter or whatever.
Just remember, we’re not robots and we don’t work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and as such, we may take up to 72 hours to reply. Please be patient and we’ll return to you as soon as we can.
Exception to the rule: There might be slight delay is between 26th of December and the 10th of January. I’m off to Thailand (hopefully) for my Christmas holiday.
